Article 93
Convocation and End of Convention

(1) The President shall convene a session of the Federal Parliament within thirty days from the date of the announcement of the final result of the election for the House of Representatives. Thereafter, in accordance with this constitution, the President shall from time to time call a session of both houses or one of them. But the period between the end of one session and the beginning of another session shall not exceed six months (2) The President may adjourn the sessions of both or any of the Houses of the Federal Parliament.
(3) The President shall fix the date and time of holding such session or meeting if one-fourth of the total members of the House of Representatives make a written request that it is desirable to convene a session or meeting in the event that the session of the House of Representatives is not in progress or the meeting is adjourned. The session of the House of Representatives will begin or the meeting will be held at the specified date and time.
